previous work / ideas

a lot of my previous work has been with photography, album artwork, and other print art. more recently i have been working on translating some of my illustrations to the vinyl cutter.

here is a sample of some of that work....

a lot of the ideas i have come up with recently are dealing with a combination of two or more of the ways i have worked in the past (i.e. combining photography with vinyl illustrations, etc.). i have also thought of ways to incorporate physical objects into my ideas to further the meaning of the work and give it a little more variance. mainly i want my focus to be on successful and meaningful combinations of art media that will be mostly installation based. i like the idea of a semi-seamless melding of photography and vinyl on a large scale, and also the use of physical objects in addition to vinyl to create a surrealistic scene to portray a message.
